Billing questions
What counts as an order?
Any order imported from a connected storefront, including refunded and cancelled ones. Manual orders you create inside Resmora are not counted.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing date.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch from the billing page at any time.
Is there a discount for non-profits?
