Privacy policy

Resmora Labs ("Resmora", "we") provides an operations workspace for online stores. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, workspace name and role.
- Store data: orders, products, stock levels and shipping labels that you connect to Resmora.
- Usage data: page views and feature events inside the app, tied to your account, used to fix bugs and improve the product.
- Billing data: plan, invoices and tax identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use third-party analytics scripts on this site. The public demo workspace stores its data in your browser and sends nothing to us.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your workspace is active and for 30 days after deletion. Store data is deleted within 30 days of disconnecting a storefront. Backups roll off after 35 days.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data from Settings → Data, or by writing to privacy@resmora.shop. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
