Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Resmora workspace at app.resmora.shop. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. The service

Resmora provides software that consolidates orders, inventory and shipping for online stores. We host the service, you keep ownership of your data. We may change features with reasonable notice; material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity of users you invite and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us at security@resmora.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failed payments are retried for seven days; after that the workspace becomes read-only. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are added where required.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Resmora to store unlawful content, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to interfere with the service or other customers. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability, measured as in our status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and excluded from the calculation.

6. Termination

You can close your workspace at any time. We keep your data for 30 days, then delete it. We may terminate for material breach with 14 days' notice, or immediately for unlawful use.
